I did it!

I know it has been a long time so here is an update on the girls. Claire is in preschool now she started near the end of the year so we could get her in next year, they get rather full around here. It is at Pioneers Park Preschool, they take nature hikes and she absolutely loves going. We finally bought another princess dress so Ella has been allowed to take the Cinderella dress (unless Heather is over). Now Claire wants to be Sleeping Beauty....BREAKING NEWS, Claire now wants to be Ariel! It's hard to keep up. We just cut Claire some bangs, she wanted bangs like Heather and now she looks so much older. She still likes to sing and dance all the time. She has some new friends that moved in across the street, they have 5 kids, so we are grateful to have them as neighbors. Claire and Bailey get along quite well. Claire has a dance recital on May 30th that we are looking forward too. Grandma and Grandpa Hein will be coming from from Colorado that weekend. We can't wait to see them. Claire will be 4 in June and we are still undecided as to our birthday theme. Our other neighbors next door have some beautiful daffodils and Claire had asked what kind of flower they were. I told her that Grandma Hein had some daffodils from my Grandma's house and that she could bring her some. We also told Grandma Weyer so she cut some to bring to Claire for Easter, she was thrilled. She says daffodil so funny.

So now a little about Ella, she is still just a 'little peanut'. She always wants her Mama and usually will come find me wherever I am. She loves to be held in the morning that is our favorite time. She calls her blanket her
"nigh-night" and sucks on it all the time, kind of like a little kitty.

Her newest phrases are "I did it!" and "hip, hip, Hooray'. Grandma Weyer was over recently and now she says "My Gosh!" She will basically repeat anything you say or ask her to say. If I say "Ella, say pony," she will say "Say pony." Ella will be 19 months on the 1st, she loves animals but is pretty scared to get right up to them. We are working on it, last weekend she pet the ponies by Gma Weyer's house. Big progress. Ella brings me barrettes and headbands to put in her hair and then immediately takes them out but comes back for more. Now we kind of ignore her when she asks. For Easter she loved finding the eggs and opening them to find candy, I think my kids ate more candy that day then they have their whole lives. Later on we hid the eggs without any candy and Ella would find one, open it and say "No Canny in there."

Well that is about all I can think of. Hope you are all enjoying the beautiful weather like we are.

Oh, it's so good to hear about all the girls are up to, and the new things they're doing and saying! So funny about what Ella says, and Claire's newest princess roles... They are loved and missed so much. I'm sad I cannot make it to Claire's dance recital, I already agreed to help speak for Christ Community at a Christian community health conference in Nashville that weekend :(. Will you video tape it for me so I can watch it? Love you all!!

We love the updates Kellie. You do such a great job keeping in contact with those of us who are far away and can't see the girls everyday as we would like. We are so excited about Claire's recital and celebrating Matt's birthday and seeing all of you next month. Can't WAIT!
Love, Grandpa and Grandma Hein
